10/10 experience! Dr Fakory and everyone I interacted with walked me through every step of the process so I had no surprises going in. I was constantly asked during the procedure if I was okay, if I was feeling any pain or discomfort. The office made sure I was comfortable, and did their best to ease the anxiety I had. Excellent emergency root canal by Dr. Mark Fakory, DDS! Holy cow, they took me right away and everyone in the office was so nice. Dr. Fakory talks through everything so you don’t have any jump scares or worry about what you’re feeling. And that’s soothing and takes your mind off of the work getting done. This was the best root canal experience I have ever had. I consider myself an expert having had at least 10 over time. Dr. Barrios has a gentle hand and her injections did not hurt. Anytime I felt pain I was giving additional Novocain . I only have a residual headache not pain like I previously would have. The nitrous oxide was generously administered and helped me relax. I was on the fence about the procedure but at the consultation she convinced me to do it quite soon. I am glad I made the correct decision and I’m sure on my next trip I won’t be so nervous as I know I will be in expert hands! Thanks again!

I never thought I’d say this, but my root canal at LIV Endodontics was actually… kind of great?

Dr. Kohly was awesome — super calm, professional, and reassuring, and somehow made me forget that someone was literally working on my tooth. I kept expecting the painful horror story everyone talks about, but honestly it was way easier and smoother than I imagined.

Big shoutout as well to Joanna and Joeleen at reception. They were so friendly, organized, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. Even the paperwork and scheduling were surprisingly painless.

If you need endodontic work done and you’re stressing after going down a Google rabbit hole, definitely come here. Highly recommend.

I went to my dentist today for severe tooth pain. He referred me to Dr. Kholy who saw me same day as my dentist explained the weekend was approaching and he did not want me to remain with pain and discomfort . I had a root canal done within an hour of seeing Dr. Kholy. Dr. Kholy and staff were efficient, kind, attentive and informative. I knew I was in good hands and felt comfortable. During the procedure Dr. Kholy’s professionalism, expertise and bedside manner was beyond evident. She constantly asked me if I was ok. She explained exactly what was she was doing and treated me with care. Highly recommended and will thank my dentist for such an amazing referral.

Dr Higgins is amazing! I suffer from extreme dental anxiety and he was so calming and caring. He made sure I was comfortable and talked me through it all. Most places make you feel rushed or just a number. It would have been understandable since it was an emergency and they squeezed me in same day, but it was the opposite here. The assistants were all kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place!

I was referred to Liv by my dentist after I called in unbearable pain. She told me that Liv accepts emergencies and to mention that I'm her patient. I called at 9:03 am, explaining what I was dealing with. They gave me an immediate appointment for 10:20. The staff were kind and welcoming at every level. They didn't keep me waiting. They were thorough, knowledgeable and didn't default to "extraction." The goal was always to eliminate the issue with the most efficiency and least detriment. I was so grateful for that because I have a big, wide smile that's a big part of who I am. I was provided with information that respected my intellect while also clarifying the process. Upon completion, I was completely amazed that I felt nearly instant relief! I went back to work and told my staff I'd just had a root canal, and they were shocked that I'd returned to work. They said that their root canal experiences were awful and that they would not have been ok to return to work. I finally slept comfortably that evening and was able to eat food again! Two days later, and it's as if I didn't just have this procedure. I received a follow up text from the staff the following day and I appreciated it. The professionalism of this team made this experience really much more bearable.

Like most, I am terrified of going to the dentist. In addition, I have never had a root canal. Any time I have heard this mentioned is usually followed with a grimace.

This was my first one ever and I can say that the experience was not even close to being painful or inconvenient. The entire process lasted about an hour and both the dentist and the assistant were phenomenal. I literally did not feel a thing during or after the procedure. I THINK this may have also "cured" my lifelong fear of going to the dentist. If I ever have to do this again (hopefully not), this is the very first and only place I am going.

Also, a special shout out to Dr. Christopher Higgins. From start to finish, he was the best. Kept me calm, set my expectations properly, worked efficiently and truly made the experience tolerable. Thank you .... feels like it never even happened.

I went to LIV Endodontics yesterday after being referred for severe pain in my crown and root canal. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They saw me right on time according to my appointment.

I was treated by Dr. Mark Fakory, and I was truly impressed. He helped me immediately and handled everything with great professionalism. They took care of my problem quickly, and I felt so much relief afterward.

I honestly think this is one of the best places I’ve visited for dental care. The price is the least important part when you receive this level of attention, and all the equipment they use is of very high quality.

Cannot say enough good things about Liv Endodontics. I was referred here as an emergency from my dentist. They got me in within 24 hrs. I was in pretty significant pain and needed a root canal and they were able to work around my schedule to get it done ASAP. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. You can tell that they genuinely care. The endodontists were professional and extremely caring. Both took their time in explaining my options and what my choices were. The root canal itself, which was scary in my mind, ended up being significantly less painful than I had imagined, and that was a direct result of their skill and the time they took to explain what was going to happen and how they were going to try to minimize my discomfort. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Dr. Ali Forghani was EXCELLENT. No pain. He walked me through the whole process as he did it, he had a professional bedside manner. The root canal was more complex than most and yet he was able to complete the whole thing in about 20 minutes.

On the other hand, Dr. Chris Higgins was a disaster and could not complete the procedure. He had a horrible bedside manner, although he seemed like a nice guy. He seemed very inexperienced compared with Dr. Ali. He definitely did not give me enough numbing and seemed inexperienced at that as well in his judgment of what it would take to numb me. He also was clanking around inside my mouth and hitting the other teeth with the drill handle. When he stopped, he blamed me for jumping around in the chair and saying that to continue would be unsafe for both him and me. My impression is that I was lucky to get the hell out of there when I did. He did not instill any confidence in his capabilities whatsoever in me.

Go with Dr. Ali Forghani and you will be fine. I highly recommend Ali and I would highly recommend you stay away from Dr. Chris Higgins.

I recently had a root canal done and was very nervous going in, but the experience turned out to be much better than I expected. From the moment I walked in, the office was extremely clean, organized, and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel more comfortable. My first time going to this dentist office from the day I called the office to the first day I came into the office. Everyone was very friendly and kind and understanding of what is going on with my teeth. I highly recommend his dentist. He has great bedside, manners, very understanding and caring and explain every step of the way showing me the x-rays explaining what’s happening to my teeth it was a great experience. I can’t say enough good things about this office. They took me in last minute for a root canal emergency, which was a huge relief. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, calm, and incredibly thorough.

It was comfortable and the doctor and her assistant explained everything they were going to do and when they were going to do it. I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Dr. Mark at Liv Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, the office felt impeccably clean, modern, and calming, unlike any dental specialty office I’ve ever visited.

I had excruciating pain in a tooth I had a crown on. The office fit me in the same day. The doctor was amazing the assistant also. I left pain free and the crown was still en tact. I recently had a root canal done at Liv Endodontics. My appointment was on a Friday at 3:50pm, so I fully expected a rushed experience. Quite the opposite was true. The doctor was extremely patient with my fears and spent an hour making sure I was fully and properly numbed before even beginning the procedure. The support staff and front desk personnel were also extremely compassionate, friendly, and helpful, despite the late hour right before the weekend. I can’t recommend this office enough.

Dr. Forghani is the best dentist I have ever had. Not only is he meticulous in his craft and dedicated to successfully completing difficult cases (as was my root canal), he is extremely comforting and caring.
